Whats the best pricing structure for Pest Control to have whilst offering the best service

I believe and have always had the belief that providing customers with the best possible prices whilst offering the best service is a must for many business.

It has been difficult sometime to set up a company on these beliefs given competition and current economical climate however believe i may have come up with the best possible prices to offer our customers, As you see below is a current price list that we have for customers who have pest problems, These prices give us a greater opportunity to cover a wider area in Essex and London.

We offer a discount for customers who are in receipt of unemployment benefits or tax credits

(Proof of benefits in form of bank statements/award letter dated in last three months is to be shown to the pest controller upon visit)

The price stated includes properties up to a three bedroom house this includes any houses with a lounge and dinning rooms. The above price is for the complete property and all areas that need to be treated will be included in the price stated, Any smaller properties are the same price as stated above

Wasp nests are destroyed and removed if the nest is accessible

For any property larger than three bedrooms we charge an additional £10.00 per room

Offering a discount to those in receipt of benefit i believe is a must to help people who simply cannot afford to get rid of bed bugs wasps rodents and cockroaches, By doing this we are helping those who cannot afford pest treatments to get them with the belief that no one should live with pests

Fleas are notorious little pests that if not treated correctly can be difficult to remove. Fleas are blood drinking pests that rely on a constant source.

Customers who suspect they have fleas may want to consider if they have an infestation of animal fleas or simply head lice which of course are different altogether. Head lice or rather human fleas is completely different than animal fleas of which jump onto their hosts and bite them.If you suspect head lice then you can buy headline treatment from most pharmacy's or supermarkets.

If you do not have animals please try to remember you can still have an animal flea infestation of which can be picked up by visiting peoples homes that have a flea infestation. Not having animals does not mean you cant get fleas.

You can try to lower the infestation of fleas by washing your bedding at 60oc or above cleaning the carpets with a high powered vacuum cleaner however i would also even after doing these thing book a pest controller.

It is very important that if you have animals that the animals are also treated prior to having a pest control company visit you like pest control local This is to ensure that the treatment process is completed correctly, Just treating the property is not enough to kill off an infestation of fleas.

Is it worth a customer using home use sprays or insecticides?

I do not want to say no due to some of these products can work however i would say it is dependent on the extent of the infestation. Il explain if the infestation of fleas is very high then it may be a waste of money to keep buying products from auction site when the property needs to completely covered to ensure the infestation is killed off. Simply pest products and having a go yourself is not recommended. this is due to you could end up spending hundreds of pounds on products and then having to employ a pest controller to treat the property.

By the time you need a pest controller the cost is very high not from the pest controller but adding the cost or treatment by them then the cost of the products you have used equals to an amount that was not need if just employing a pest controller in the first place.

Obviously one may say im biased because im a pest controller trying to sell my services, I say well of course i am trying to keep pest control services alive however am also concerned that some of the customers i have visited have spent a lot of money on products prior to me treating their homes and seen they are disappointed because the products not worked.

Fleas if treated correctly by the correct methods will see an infestation killed off and in some cases in one treatment.

Bed bugs terrible little pests that deem it fit to invade people’s homes and attack them at night! Bedbugs tend to come out at night and inject anticoagulant into a Person then begin to draw blood from that person. This is infact a very good way for the bedbug to survive.

 Bedbugs are drawn out of their harbour areas by warmth and carbon dioxide through breathing from a person who is sleeping. Bedbugs are in fact a very clever little pest that can be a very difficult pest to remove if you have them. Bedbugs in our experience as a pest control company are difficult to kill unless treated with the correct insecticide and the correct treatment plan.

I have been providing pest control solutions for customers across Essex and London now for many years and have never really found bedbugs that difficult to eradicate however on many occasions experienced that many customers have spent hundreds of pounds to try to get rid of them by purchasing home use products old on auction sites. Now I am not saying that bedbugs cannot be killed by use of these products after all I am not a scientist however I will confess that I have attended customers homes where they have spent a lot of money on products to remove bedbugs but failed due to rather the product simply isn’t strong enough or not been applied correctly.
